Delivery, Returns & Refunds

I endeavour to send all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only), delivery is normally 3-5 days. If you need your items sooner please email or call and I will try and get it to you as quickly as possible. (additional delivery charges will apply)

If an item is out of stock I will inform you and let you know when it will be coming back in stock.

Overseas Delivery:

We can deliver cushions overseas. We can also ship cushions overseas without pads to keep postage costs down.

If you require overseas postage please contact me for a quote.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return or exchange your item please send it in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days for a refund or exchange to

Please ensure that you include your name, address and telephone number or e-mail when returning goods.

Please note that commissioned pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

When returning goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Please email or phone if possible if you are returning any items so we know to expect them. Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, as long as they are undamaged and unused. Exchanges will be conditional upon stock availability.
